Do I need a ticket / Wristband for BAM2019?
Yes, Bendigo Autumn Music is a wrist-banded, multi venue event. A purchased ticket exchanged for an official wristband is required for entry into the official live music venues and events. Door staff at each venue or arts space will be on hand to check your wristband and welcome you into the venue. *We do not accept wrist band tampering, and our door staff and Venue Managers hold the right to query or refuse entry upon suspicious of tampering.

Do I need to book tickets?

Its best, tickets tend to sell fast in the lead up to the event, and can sell out. BAM is a smaller capacity event and ticket numbers are limited. We do not sell beyond the capacity of the combined venues.

Should I book my ticket before booking flights and accommodation?

Yes, given the smaller nature of the capacity of the event it’s really important to purchase your ticket prior to flights and accommodation. It is up to you to ensure that you have all your accommodation, transport and ticketing organised. The festival will not be held responsible for situations where festival guests have not arranged either of these components.

So I’ve purchased my ticket, where do I go on the day to exchange my ticket for
my wrist band?
On the day you are attending the festival come to ticketing at The Capital Theatre, and go directly to Ticketing HQ. There you will be able to do the ticket / wrist band exchange. Only the person the booking is under and their attendees can access the tickets / wristbands, and I.D will be required.

Can I do the Ticket / wrist band exchange in the days prior to the day I attend?

Unfortunately not, wrist bands are not given out prior to the days they are used.

So I have my wrist band, does this give me guaranteed access to every event?

Is a multi venue event and your wrist band gives you access to all events, subject to venue capacities. It’s inevitable some acts are more popular than others, and at times some venues will be full and others will not. As much as possible we program so that the audiences are split throughout the many venues of the festival. In order to see your personal favorite acts get to those venues early.

What happens if it rains?

BAM is an all-weather event and will proceed.

I purchased my ticket online but now I can’t attend. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately there would be no point in pre selling tickets if they were refundable. Tickets are transferable but they are not refundable. If you want to transfer your ticket into another person’s name please email us your full name and the name, tel no, and email of person you are exchanging the ticket to.

I’m coming from Sydney or interstate. What airport would I fly into?

You have the option of flying directly to Bendigo (Qantas) or to Melbourne airport.

What are the different ticket options available?

Tickets are available for purchase in the below options:

Single Day Options - (Thursday Opening nIght Gala, Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
Bronze Two Day Options - Friday & Saturday, Friday & Sunday, Saturday & Sunday options)
Silver Pass 3 Day Option: Friday, Saturday & Sunday inclusive.
Gold Pass 4 Day Option: All four days (Thursday Opening nIght Gala + Friday + Saturday & Sunday inclusive)

How Much Are tickets to BAM2019?

Tickets are offered at three pricing rates. Special Pre-Early Bird, Early Bird and then General Release.
There are no individual show tickets, and tickets are non refundable.

How does the festival format work?

Bendigo Autumn Music will take place in the heart of Bendigo, Vic (AU), the weekend after Easter in 2019.
It will be a coming together of live music venues, pubs, community halls, cafes and other unique and interesting spaces to celebrate music and arts within Bendigo’s arts precinct.
The rules of each venue of the festival apply at that venue and must be adhered to.

What Happens If the Programme changes?

The Program can be subject to change and ticket purchasers agree that the ticket sale and value is for the event and not one specific artist or billing. In the event of such programming changes, information regarding these will be posted online and updated daily.
The BAM2019 reserves the right to change the date, venue, schedule and entertainment.

Can I Volunteer at BAM2019?

Volunteering is a vital part of our event and we welcome skilled and keen people to join our team.

Can I apply to Billet Artists & Staff?
